Bachelor Studio | A bachelor studio, or studio apartment, is a self-contained unit featuring an open floor plan that integrates the living room, bedroom, and kitchenette into a single space. It includes a private bathroom, and the kitchen facilities are typically compact and part of the main living area. This accommodation is ideal for singles or young professionals seeking a private living space without separate rooms. | $1000 – $1500 |
1-bedroom apartment | A 1-bedroom apartment features a separate bedroom that is distinct from the living room and kitchen area. It includes amenities such as a private bathroom, a separate kitchen or kitchenette, and often additional storage or closet space. This type of accommodation is ideal for individuals or couples who prioritize privacy and prefer separate living and sleeping areas within their living space. | $1500 – $2700 |
2-bedroom apartment | A 2-bedroom apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and one or more bathrooms. It offers more space compared to smaller accommodations and may include additional features such as extra storage, a dining area, and possibly a second bathroom. This type of apartment is ideal for small families, roommates, or couples who require more living space and privacy. | $2000 – $3000 |
