Admission Requirements for BPS

Niagara University in Ontario encourages all men and women whose aptitude and demonstrated achievement in university or college give evidence of their ability to successfully complete the various university programs to apply for admission. Consistent with our Catholic mission, Niagara University in Ontario welcomes all students, regardless of race, gender, age, national origin, religious preference, sexual orientation, status as a veteran, or disability.

Proof of a baccalaureate degree (both 3-year and 4-year baccalaureate degrees are accepted)

We require evidence of successful completion or pending completion of a baccalaureate degree through the submission of official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities. At least one of these transcripts must indicate the awarding of an accredited undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0 using a 4.0-point scale, or a B average if letter grades were used.

If you have not yet graduated and/or your degree has not been conferred (i.e., you are in your final year), submit your ‘official transcripts in progress’ along with an ‘in-progress letter’ to our Program Intake Assistant at the below address.

Applicants who have not received their degree from a Canadian or US institution refer to the Applicants with International Degrees section below.

Official transcripts (electronic or mailed in a sealed envelope) of all colleges and universities attended must be sent directly from their granting institutions to:
