The Master of Science in Educational Leadership is uniquely designed to meet the dynamic
needs of Ontario school administrators and respond to the shifting role of the principalship. The
program effectively prepares candidates with the tools to hone in on their leadership skills and
deepen their knowledge and learning of policy, diversity, change and management.
