With an increasing number of North American businesses moving towards offshore sourcing, global supply chain management is quickly emerging as an important area of study. Niagara’s program is focused on reducing procurement costs through a well-managed global supply chain that is cognizant of pricing, security, distribution strategies, and how best to utilize third party logistics providers of international services.

Nearly 20 percent of the GDP in the United States is accounted for by the healthcare sector of the economy. Healthcare administrators are necessary for the successful management of medical organizations such as hospitals and adult homes as well as the development of policy in the industry.

Candidates that specialize in strategic management complete their MBA with a better understanding of the operational needs of the organization (both public and private), and how the strategic direction of the organization affects other areas of the firm, such as finance, marketing and human resources. Graduates go on to careers in supply chain management, production and general management.

The strategic marketing concentration within the broader MBA program allows students to gain insight into the key sub-areas of product and marketing communications, marketing engineering and global marketing strategy. All of the courses in the marketing concentration are designed to give students a solid, well-rounded background in the qualitative and quantitative aspects of strategic marketing.
