Back by popular demand, we continue the conversation on the future of work post-COVID-19. After many weeks of working remotely, many businesses in Ontario are opening their doors and partially resuming work on site. With this development, managers are now faced with a split workforce (some employees continue to work remotely, while others are on-site) and the necessity to learn how to manage both sets of employees effectively. Moreover, businesses continue to face economic losses, productivity drops, shortage of PPE supplies, and an overall uncertainty of the future.
Please join us at Niagara University for a virtual panel with the business leaders from Ontario on June 10th, 2020 at 5PM EST to discuss the new challenges with managing the split workforce, redesign of workplaces and employee scheduling, changing nature of business to business relationships, and provincial support programs.
Joining Dr. Galina Boiarintseva for the panel are:
Brian Shifman President and the CEO of Vaughan Chamber of Commerce.
Frank Fazzari, Managing Partner at Fazzari and Partners.
Monika Piotrowski, Vice President of IT/OT at Northland Power.
Steven Karpenko, Senior Business Advisor, Ontario Ministry of Economic Development
