Minimum Degree Fee for Business Programs

Niagara University students in Canadian programs must pay a minimum degree fee based on their program’s full-time length. The minimum fee for NUO Graduate programs is associated with  four semesters of full-time study.

This minimum fee is mandatory for all students, regardless of full-time or part-time status, and must be paid before graduation. If total fees paid fall short of the minimum degree fee, the student must pay the balance. The balance is determined at the time of graduation and ensures part-time students pay the same tuition as full-time students.

Note: Part-time and accelerated full-time students must also pay full degree fees. No refunds are given for fees exceeding the minimum, and non-degree student fees (whether at Niagara University in Ontario or another institution) will not be counted towards the minimum degree fee. Advanced standing that has been achieved through the transfer of graduate academic credits does not reduce minimum degree fee.

While Niagara University programs typically take 2 years to complete, it is the responsibility of the student to check with the faculty offering the program of study to determine the minimum degree fee.

The minimum degree fee for each applicable program is:

  • MBA: $48,000.00 CAD
  • MS ISDF & MS Finance: $40,000.00 CAD
