Giving Back
Gifts from Canadian citizens in the form of cash, stock, or “in-kind” donations are accepted by Niagara University in Ontario. Niagara University in Ontario is recognized as a “qualified donee” on schedule VIII of the Canadian Income Tax Law. The specific income tax act reference is Article 118.1(1) (F).
