Questions about this scholarship should be directed to the Chair for the Faculty of Education, Bachelor of Professional Studies in Education program.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for this scholarship a student must be enrolled as a full-time student in the Bachelor of Professional Studies Program at Niagara University in Ontario, have demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the end of the first semester of study, and be in good academic standing.
Submission
Be sure to title your submission email – Application for the Ontario Teacher Education Fund – and attach your essay in response to the following:
What receiving a teacher education scholarship would mean to me in achieving my goal to become a teacher
Submissions will be received up to 5:00 pm on December 2.
Evaluation
Applications will be reviewed, and the winners determined by the Ontario Teacher Education Fund Scholarship Award Committee. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal. The Committee reserves the right to refuse assistance to any applicants who have made false statements on their applications.
