Registration is open for all currently enrolled graduate students via Self Service. Graduate students who have not completed the financial agreement for the upcoming semesters will be automatically directed to the page when logging into myNU. It is recommended that students check their profile in myNU and make any necessary edits. If your program is cohort based, your courses will follow your curriculum as provided to you by your academic advisor.
The Registrar’s Office handles class registrations including any adjustments such as adding or dropping a class. Current students can register and make adjustments via Self Service from the time their window opens through the first week of the semester. In addition, we process all transcript requests, and loan deferments. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the school year. Our summer hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m.-noon.
A verification of enrollment (VOE) letter serves as official documentation confirming a student’s current enrollment status at Niagara University. This letter can be utilized for various purposes, including securing insurance coverage, applying for financial services, supporting immigration needs, and more.
Students may request a VOE letter by accessing the Academics tab on their myNU Portal, and selecting “Confirmation Letter of Enrollment in Ontario Programs”. Please note, letter requests typically take up to 5 business days to be processed and issued to students’ Niagara email accounts.
The Board of Trustees and administration reserve the right to change this calendar as may be deemed necessary.
Students whose religious affiliation demands that they recognize certain days of religious observance may be absent from class, reschedule an exam or register without penalty. These days are not university holidays. Students who expect to be absent from class on these days should inform their professors in advance.
