About the MS in Educational Leadership Program

The Master of Science in Educational Leadership is uniquely designed to meet the dynamic needs of Ontario school administrators and respond to the shifting role of the principalship. The program effectively prepares candidates with the tools to hone in on their leadership skills and deepen their knowledge and learning of policy, diversity, change and management.

Choosing Niagara University to complete my Masters in Educational Leadership was the right choice! I was able to work full time as an Elementary Principal while completing my courses online and in person, while balancing a young family. The Masters Graduate program was designed to include various aspects of learning in the areas of curriculum, equity, Indigenous education, special education, stats, research and leadership that align with experiences in the classroom, school and district levels. I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning provided by our NU professors and take the rich knowledge with me as I graduate this year!
